One Elemetal | Global Rebrand
​
Elemetal acquired multiple businesses during the last bull cycle in precious metals. These businesses formed the first truly vertically integrated precious metals business in the United States. In order to leverage the power of the integration, we rebranded eight businesses under the Elemetal banner, integrated service offerings, and realigned operational roles and responsibilities.

Merchant Portal | Digital Business

In order to reinforce our commitment to seamless customer service, we developed an online application tailored to wholesale bullion customers. The Elemetal Merchant Portal offers our customers a single destination to purchase a wide variety of precious metals products, manage drop shipments, and view trading and payment history.

Payments Company | Market Entry
​
A major payments company was interested in expanding its business internationally and contracted Accenture to study the opportunity. We designed, executed, and analyzed primary research in each market. Then we utilized a proprietary AI-driven segmentation tool to assess millions of pairwise combinations in developing a segmentation model. From that model we identified over $3B in segment-specific sales opportunities.
